POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT: By submitting this information, you indicate that you have read and understand all policies found on our web site and agree to those policies and as well as all other following terms and conditions for renting the Swift Sanctuary.
- You Must be 21 years of age to rent the house
- The house sleeps 4 guests. There is a fee of $25.00 per additional guest.
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.
- No Pets allowed, including pets of anyone who may visit you.
- Registered service animals are welcome.
- No Smoking in the house
- You must submit an online reservation form to make a reservation
Reservations must be paid at time of booking - Refunds are given for cancellations made no less than 20 days in advance of check-in.
- Any Damage to or misuse of the house, furniture or any other physical or real property will be charged to our guests at the cost of the repairs.
- You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Swift Sanctuary.
- Swift Sanctuary is not responsible for your lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of our guests.
- Upon Checkout Guests Agree to do the following (instructions are in the house as well):
- Wash and put away dishes or start dishwasher
- Wipe spills on counters and floors
- Take trash to outside bin
- Dirty towels on the bathroom floor; DON’T leave on wood floors
- Leave the bed, we will change it
